Get ready to be inspired by the hottest trends in home improvement this spring at the Peninsula Home & Remodel Expo in Kitsap County! From luxurious quartz-topped shower benches to rich-toned backsplashes and waterproof flooring, this event is your one-stop destination for all things home renovation. And that's not all – outdoor theaters are just one of the surprises waiting for you!
This Expo, taking place from May 3rd to May 5th, 2024, at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds Events Center in Bremerton, promises to be the biggest and best yet. With over 100 exhibitors, industry leaders, and trendsetters from around the Pacific Northwest, you'll find everything you need to tackle your next home project.
But the Expo isn't just for adults – it's a family-friendly event with FREE hands-on activities for the kids! From the Construction In Motion Event to the LEGO® Brand Building Challenge and the Wildlife and Reptile Show, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
"We're passionate about introducing kids to the trades," says Randall King of the Kitsap Builders Association, the organization behind the Expo. "Our Construction in Motion event brings the world of construction to life for kids aged 4 to 12. They'll have the chance to get behind the wheel of large excavators, create their own planter boxes, and even take home event souvenirs!"
The best part? A portion of ticket sales goes to the Builder Grant Program, which provides training and seed money for young people, ages 18 to 24 who are looking to start a career in the building industry. Students are teamed up with a trade mentor to help shepherd them through the learning process and gain real-life experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and coating, and HVAC.
So mark your calendars and get ready to experience the ultimate home and remodel extravaganza at the Peninsula Home & Remodel Expo—where inspiration meets family fun! Stay tuned for more updates.
